► All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. This typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. GlitterPartyCo is not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. Additionally, we are not responsible for any packages that are delayed or lost in shipment, as this is beyond our control. Please contact USPS directly for more information on delayed or lost items.
► Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you are able to track your package. We can never guarantee a delivery date and do not give refunds on items not delivered in time.
► All items in our shop are "made to order" and therefore considered a custom made item. GlitterPartyCo does not accept returns or give refunds on any custom or "made to order" items. Please read the listings very carefully so you are aware of the materials, sizing, etc, and message us with any questions before placing your order. If there are any issues with your order once received, you need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item(s), no exceptions.
► We do not give refunds for orders not received on time or lost in the mail due to a delay with the USPS, as this is beyond our control.
► Every order comes with a tracking number. You will receive an email once your order has shipped and the tracking number can be found in this email. If your package gets lost in transit, or is marked as "delivered" when you did not receive it, this is unfortunately beyond our control. We are not responsible for items once they have been shipped, and we cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by USPS. Please contact USPS directly for more information on delayed or lost items.
► Any items damaged in transit must be reported to me within 24 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photo of the damaged item(s) & packaging. We will work out a solution on a case-by-case basis. Your satisfaction & happiness is our top priority!
► If your order is mailed back to us because you selected an old or incorrect mailing address, unfortunately the only option is for you to pay for shipping again so we can re-send the order to the new address. Please double check that the address you have on file is correct and current.
► Due to Etsy protection policies, I will not ship to any other address other than the one you provide during checkout. Please make sure your address is correct before submitting payment.
► If you would like to insure your package, please let us know so we can add this additional service and charge you accordingly for the additional cost. This option is available upon request only. GlitterPartyCo is not responsible for packages lost by USPS or for delays caused by USPS.
► All international orders are shipped via International First-Class Mail which can take anywhere from 9-15 business days. International shipping times are not guaranteed, as items can often be held in customs, which is beyond our control. Any customs and duty taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer upon receipt.
► USPS does not guarantee delivery dates on Priority 2-3 Day Shipping. The only method guaranteed by USPS is Express 1-2 Day shipping. Therefore, Priority Express is the only method that we can guarantee a delivery time frame. Thank you for understanding.
► Once you click "submit your order", I cannot cancel your order for any reason, no exceptions! Please make sure you are aware of our cancellation policy prior to ordering. If there are any questions, feel free to message me.
